Farm and Forest
Farm and Forest is a weekly small group program where children spend time with and help care for our funny and friendly adult goats, in a supportive, inclusive environment. Sessions may include brushing and feeding the goats, gardening, making goat treats, forest foraging and creative nature-based projects, offering opportunities to build confidence and meaningful connections.
This is a drop-off program, held primarily outdoors. Participants should be able to follow staff instructions and stay with the group.
Ages: 5-11
Days: Saturdays
Time: 10:00am-11:00am
Rate: $190 for a 4-week series
Animal-Assisted Therapeutic Sessions
Our individual animal-assisted therapeutic sessions offer children and teens with emotional, social, intellectual and/or developmental differences a supportive environment where every visit includes meaningful time with our friendly goats. Sessions are tailored to each individual's preferences and interests and may include brushing and feeding the goats, gardening, foraging walks and creative nature-based projects. Our goats are affectionate, funny and interested in the people they meet. For many participants, spending time with and caring for our goats creates a genuine sense of connection and accomplishment.
Ages: 5-17
Rate: $300 for a 4-week series. $75 for initial trial visit.
Session length: 45 minutes
Customized Programs
Groups and individuals looking for a more personalized experience with our goats are welcome to contact us for customized visits or programs. Tailored to participants’ goals, interests, and preferences, visits may include goat care activities such as feeding and brushing, gardening, nature-based projects and goat-themed educational games.
Rates are dependent on the structure and duration of the visit.
Visits are scheduled by appointment. Single or multiple visits available.
